Consolidate mid-market physical gas marketers.
- Acquire small to mid-size marketers with strong producer and burner-tip (end-user) contracts
- Target key basins across the Mid-Continent/Midwest, Gulf Coast/Texas, Appalachian/Northeast, and Western Canada
Energy Infrastructure
Build out pipelines, storage, and upstream.
- Pipelines: secure long-haul capacity and last-mile laterals for behind-the-meter power for data centers and IPPs
- Storage & Reserves: acquire or partner on assets for seasonal arbitrage and grid-stress supply
- Upstream: partner with producers and PDP buyers to secure reserves and mitigate supply disruptions
LNG
Capture global LNG arbitrage.
- Benchmark to Asian index by selling physical gas vs. Henry Hub through a major trading partner
- Hold firm capacity at new U.S. export terminals
- Capture full upside of the LNG market arbitrage
AI / Data Center Infrastructure
Powering AI infrastructure.
- Supply behind-the-meter generation and energy security for AI infrastructure
- Anchor AI data centers with reliable, long-term physical natural gas supply
- Build Behind the Meter Generation through our industry relationships and prior investments
